How fast do I get my SonyLiv Premium login?
Right after your UPI payment is confirmed — usually within a minute or two. The login details are shown on screen and emailed to you.
How do I sign in if the app asks for an OTP?
You get a login phone number. When the SonyLiv Premium app asks for an OTP, open FluxFilm and use the Get OTP tool — it shows the code for your plan.
How many devices can I use?
Instant access: your login phone number is shown right after payment. Get the OTP anytime from Tools → Get OTP.
Can I renew later?
Yes. Sign in to FluxFilm with your phone number and tap Renew on your plan. Some plans give a discount when you renew early.
What if something does not work?
Use Recover access in the FluxFilm app to see your details again, or contact FluxFilm support from the Help button. If your login stops working we give you a replacement account — see our Refund policy.
